REFUND POLICY

At ButcherEdge™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
• Non-returnable items: Items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
